Something About Myself...

Jeremy got me some Nike Shox for Christmas along with a Nike + ipod chip that goes in my shoes and tracks all of my exercise. I really love it and I have downloaded my workouts onto http://www.nikeplus.com/ where you can set goals, track your improvements, join "challenges", etc. It is really great, and I highly recommend it if any of you out there are considering exercising or do already.
